A double chocolate croissant not only for chocolate lovers. Piped with homemade chocolate cream and vanilla cream. Great super flaky texture, deep chocolate flavor and chocolate-vanilla creams to wrap it with for the best bite sensation.
The dough making is a two days process — created with a 12-hour cocoa poolish, and laminated with Isigny French butter 82%

Highly highly highly recommend the chocolate croissant 3 pack at Matok. C'est magnifique! I have eaten my share of croissants in France, Canada and the US and these are #1 (and in Austin TX!). Brought them to a Client to celebrate and we all loved them. I could pretend that I only ate half... but I ate the entire thing.
Looking forward to tasting more incredible croissant sooner than later.

It was okay, but honestly not the best croissant I’ve had. I’m not sure it’s worth ordering in advance. It feels like their pre-order system is just a strategy to force a buy-in. I’ve visited in person twice, and they are always sold out or making you wait for the next batch. It seems like they are intentionally driving FOMO by keeping supply low.
I requested them with all vanilla custard and they were GREAT
