This monkey bread like cake is made with our classic croissant, piped with our home made almond cream and fresh raspberries soaked in rose syrup, to get that great balance of sweet and tart accompanied by a wonderful flakiness.
The dough takes two days to prepare — created with sourdough leaven and laminated with Isigny French butter 82%.
