Created with whole, cooked oranges, this cake is excitingly unique.
The use of whole cooked oranges gives it a very moist texture with a sweet and slightly bitter flavor that even the less orange lovers will fall in love with it.
The cake is made with almond flour and is both gluten and dairy - free.

And if you are diabetic, ask Michal and she will bake it with allulose instead of sugar. Tastes just as good! (She will do the same for the chocolate tart; another favorite of mine.)
This cake was simply delicious! Just the right amount of moisture and with good orange flavor. I only regret not getting two!
