The dough making is a two days process — created with sourdough leaven and laminated with Isigny French butter 82%.

Great pastries! Love all the flavors but experience was poor due to chaotic pick up experience. Order was supposed to be ready by noon but after waiting in line my husband was asked to come back later in the afternoon. Recommend for someone to call customer if order will not be ready in time vs having th show up and ask to come back later
Tastes as good as it looks and even more!!!
Everything was really tasty. Bakba is expensive but flavorful. Bread was amazing. However the 2 croissants were a little soft/ soggy. The cream chocolate chip one the only pastry that was well layered and kept the right freshness and consistency.
